From Naples, the home of Neapolitan pizza, Caputo has been milling flour since 1924. Its 00 flour is made for high-heat pizza baking, helping the dough rise into a soft, airy crust with a gentle chew and lightly crisp edge. This is what gives our crust its flame-baked character: light enough to enjoy, strong enough to hold every bite, and made for the kind of pizza Naples made famous.
San Marzano DOP tomatoes come from the Agro Sarnese-Nocerino area of Campania, between Naples and Salerno. This region is known for fertile volcanic soil and a Mediterranean climate that help the tomatoes grow sweet, bright, and full of flavour. They are prized for their dense flesh, few seeds, balanced acidity, and clean tomato taste. That is why our sauce feels rich without being heavy, fresh without being sharp, and naturally full of flavour.
Fresh mozzarella with a clean melt that keeps the pizza lighter. Fior di latte means “flower of milk.” It is fresh mozzarella made from cow’s milk, known for its clean, delicate flavour and smooth melt. On our pizza, it softens beautifully into the sauce and crust, adding creamy richness without covering up the tomato, basil, or toppings. It gives every slice that warm, satisfying cheese pull while keeping the bite balanced.
